Frankencar midpipe & e-bay midpipe..difference???

I want to get a frankencar midpipe but the wait is really long (shipping)...

Are the e-bay midpipes the same? Is there actually something special about the frankencar midpipes?

Thanks,
Sam

frankencar=high quiality smooth nice, ebay=same style exact same everything but not regulated with the filter adapter or any hardware, i have a Ebay intake(watch vid http://www.videodesk.net/show.aspx?u...mv&send_link=1) thats what it sounds like, same as frankencar but mine didnt come with the correct adapter plate for the MAF sensor and i had to pry mine out of the stock airbox also it came with a bunch of wierd bolts i didnt need there was way to much stuff i think it can be used on other cars to cause the MAF plate had more than one set of almost cutouts on it there were no actual holes though so i said F-it ill just pry my old one off and it works GREAT no complaints i love the sound!
