I test the ecu today to see if my ks was bad and I got 0505 which means no prob recorded. After I reset the ECU and it starts so badly and the car isn't even moving when I put on drive. The car is also shaking like hell, and everytime I step on the gas, there's smoke coming out of the muffler, not white smoke but I think it's not normal. I need quick help please and the garage aren't open tomorrow.

 

make sure the screw is turned back all the way on the ecu.

 

If you dont set your SCREW to the right position then it will idel incorrectly.

Just becareful and dont bypass the screws.

thx for the replies. I checked my ecu and found out that I left the screw turn clockwise so I turned it back all the way counterclockwise and the car if fine now. I feel so stupid...but well. Can this be bad for the car for starting it with the ECU screw in the wrong position?

 

Your fine dont worry.

As long as you dont break those stops in the ECU you should be fine.
