cosmo racing cai dilema

well lets see i orderd my intake last week and after they gave me there response email about what color i wanted they would send me a ups tracking number . heres where the fun starts never got a tracking number emailed them twice to find out if it was shipped no response. the intake got here today great im all excited rush home after work to put it on and im missing the coupler that atatches it to the throttle body so i use this really huge old rubber coupler for a pvc cold air intake that i made for my 3rd gen prelude ok fix that problem for now.then i go to put the maf sensor adapter on and they send me 4 tiny tiny allen screws but they actually didnt fall threw the hole but when i go to get the nuts there arent any again fixed that with some left over bolts from one of my hondas (i think my max has alittle to much honda in it ) im sorry about venting but i had to and i figured that other people that might deal with cosmo should know. however i sent them an email telling them about this and ill let you guys know if they straighten everything out.

i will say holy **** what a difference in the car i couldnt belive it im totally impressed

The rubber piece to the TB is NOT a problem. Some people think it is but if you tighten down on the clamp it shrinks right down on the TB without crimping or anything and looks just fine...doesnt leak either. Check my site for mine (not Cosmo but sounds like its the same intake just sold for more since they paint/powder coat it). As for the little allen screws...mine came the same way and it wasnt a big deal since I have a ton of spare nuts and such but I have no idea what these manufacturers are thinking sending those small screws out.

@corrupted...

My Bomz kit only came with two boots too, and I wound up having to cut one of them to get it to fit.

...and my MAF adapter only has two bolts holding it together because the adapter I got wasn't the exact size it was supposed to be

Glad you were able to get yours together!
