Converting my GXE to an SE: ? about fog lights

I swear I saw an OEM foglight kit for a 95-96 Maxima for $250 or so back in December. It was on one of the online dealer parts sites. Did anyone else see this? I can't find it now. Also, has anyone put OEM fogs in their GXE/GLE?

Thanks.

I got my used set for $75 shipped.

And BTW, 95/96 fogs are different from 97-99.

I would just recommend against them.
They look really cool, but they are expensive(esp the OEM ones that look really good) and they will end up cracking eventually.
I had not had any problems with mine until just recently. I took a huge rock to it and it split the housing all the way through.
I would just save your money and use it on something else.
If you still wanted to use the holes for something to make it look more like an SE, some guys are either rigging up a CAI that pulls in air from there or a vent for the brakes that pulls air in from there.

converting a gxe to an se is a big ordeal if u wanna do an exact convert. cause u gotta get a new steering wheel (leather wrapped), get body colored door handles, get the chrome trim around the doors removed, get new gauges, new wheels (possibly), get a new grill on a 97-99, fog lights (which u are looking for), and thats all i can think of. hey if u got the time and money to do it, i give a 1 up to u, good luck. and also look on ebay for the lights.

Thanks for the replies. I got this car very cheap (almost free), and it is a pearl white 96 GXE with security and convenience package, that's it. I've already bought the steering wheel, shifter, leather seats, door panels, and spoiler (all those for about a thousand bucks). I will soon be painting the door handles the body color and using black-out tape on the chrome window trim. I won't be doing the white gauges, though.
I might do what Brudaddy said and just cut the goofy looking placeholders out of the fog holes and put something else in there. I really don't like those horizontal lines that Nissan used to fill the fog lamp holes. If not, I'll just look for some used ones, stick them in there and cover them that xpel headlight protector.

I like those gauges. Nice maxima, i like the dark blue. I just removed a pinstripe from mine too. As for the door handles, I will remove them, strip the chrome (if it's strippable), sand, prime with a flex primer and paint the body color with paint from paintscratch.com. Their color matches are very good. To avoid peeling and scratching, I'll cover the door handle with paint protector tape (clear tape that goes over the paint). I really like the look of the painted door handles and black window trim.
