R blue bulbs in clear side markers illegal?

R blue bulbs in clear side markers illegal?

i know for turn signals you can have clear corner lenses but technically only amber bulbs are legal. does this apply to side markers as well?

You can not have any blue lights on a car.....I have them in my blinkers on the mirrors.....

actually clear corners are illegal too. they have to REFLECT amber in front and red in back.

Blue would be illegal. If you really want to do it and take the chance of getting a ticket you can. I see many cars in brooklyn driving with blue bulbs some get pulled over some dont. But to be honest with you its all a matter of time before cops would mess with you. Get hyper whites instead eventhough they are also illegal you would get less attention than with your blue bulbs.

Do you mean blue as in neon blue or blue as in Polargs?
