I dump a bottle in every oil change. Good preventative maintenance IMHO. Never noticed any dramatic change right after using it but I've always had a smooth idle and good gas mileage (after I replaced my busted O2 sensor, that is).
It's good stuff, the only fuel system cleaner I use in my Max.

Never noticed a change, but I have had it recommended by a high end mechanic on another forum. In the majority of cases you're doing nothing, or even harm, with additives to oil and things of this nature, but the consensus I had when I looked into fuel injector cleaners some months ago was an almost uniform thumbs up on them. Chevron Techron is an inexpensive one from walmart. Another good one is BG44K, though it will cost you $20/can. I used that in my 00 Max, but the cheaper Techron in my 97. I can't say which is actually better, so I'll probably use techron in the future.
One idea I'd heard was to change your fuel filter before hand, if possible, as somebody had brought up a concern that a fuel injector cleaner could remove some of the deposits from your fuel filter (and you don't want that), though I'd seen this idea posted only a couple of times, and the cleaner and filter may be dealing with separate substances, so as to make the argument moot.

Pull Seafoam through your intake manifold via a vacuum line and dump Techron in your gas tank. That's how I do it.
