my car again and it has been running GREAT now for about 4 weeks. I wanted to wait a few weeks before I posted this just in case something went wrong (most of you guys know about the grief I've encountered with my blower). Hopefully this will resolve the problems because I'm convinced that I probably had a "LEMON" blower from the start. I sent my blower back to Stillen a couple of months ago (when it went to crap) so that they could in turn send it off to Vortech to perform the warranty work. Vortech replaced ALL the internals of the blower and it appears to be running great with no weird noises or squeaks as it did before. Stillen even reimbursed me the entire $610 that my shop charged me to take off the blower, get my car temporarily running, and to reinstall the blower. They were very professional in dealing with me and only requested that I write them a letter explaining my unique situation, the problems I had encountered with the blower, and a resolution that I would be satisfied with. I guess my 3 page letter to Stillen did the trick because they refunded the $610 to my credit card within 5 days of having my blower reinstalled. Hopefully this will be the last of any problems for a while!! Peace guys and take care.

Stillen makes a supercharger for the max. Give stillen a call to find exact pricing but if memory serves me right they run a couple of thousand.

Great to hear you got everything sorted out Diederik. Maybe I should have Jane send her V2 back to Stillen because her bearings don't sound all that great.

Do you know if the first batch of the V2's is a lemon batch? I don't want her driving then all of a sudden the belts slip off and gets shredded.
