Public bus shift faster then my max!!

I took a bus to school this morning. And I found out the bus shift better then the auto max...
I felt that the bus shift from 1 to 2 or 2 to 3 are much stronger and faster.......lol.....

I ride the city bus to college most days and I notice the same thing! There's no lag in the shifts whatsoever.

You should have gotten a 5spd!

haha ya dude i agree, auto shifts are crappy as heck!
but what can we do ya know? except of course switch to 5 spd... but the car is still fast, just get some performance mods, and it makes up for the slow and weak shifts... while u blow by everybody!

I HAVE AN AUTO!! hahaha
that was what i was planninon doni for ma car, eventually i will get a sc, thats the final mod for ma max.

Maybe the buses have vb mods.

Public buses might shift faster but they go 0-60 in like 10 years. My auto shifts fine.. No tranny probs yet.

Get your shift solenoid fixed and get the valvebody recalibration from Don in Texas. I've had the VB for about 20K now, and no problems with the tranny... *knock*.
