Metal scratching sound coming from rotors...when breaks applied makes almost a hiss..

What the hell can this be?...i changed my pads and cut the rotors...it got LOUDER!...what the hell...the problem started when i started to get vibrations from breaking...so i cut the rotors and changed the pads...and it go louder...but vibration went away...anyone know what it can be?...

also does your car shake when you apply the brake? if so its time for either a replacement of rotors or the cheaper route would be to get them cut.

he just replaced his pads and turned his rotors and it got worse..

Did you replace with a higher performance pad? If so, they tend to be noisier during street driving but get quiet during autocross. I haven't changed my Max pads yet, so I don't know if they come with the anti-squeal shim on the back. If they do have shims, it's possible that's what's causing it--was silicon used during install?

First, you must tell us what KIND of pads you are running with. This can help us help you with your problem. Like someone said before, those high performance pads are notable for squealing noises. Do what I always do, buy NISSAN pads. You never go wrong with them.
