TSB's for brakes and a loose end

Hey guys, two items for my 99 Maxima SE.

1. My brakes squeal as soon as the pads hit the rotors - my car still has the full warranty on it (72 month, 150'000km bumper-to-bumper that was purchased). I found a TSB for 95-97 but nothing for 99. Does that one still apply?

2. My wife launched the car from a red light last week (it was lightly raining). The tires on the back are 6 months old and inflated properly. The rear end swung out - are the rear calipers sticking?

1. NOisy brake pads.. happens all the time. It can mean alot of brake dust, the brakes are low and hitting the small metal shim to warn you they're low, or they're just cheap brake pads that squeal like monkeys... mine so all the time.

2. How the heck can your wife make a FWD car fishtail when taking off? Please explain... THe only way to swing out a FWD car is to take it into a turn too fast, slam the brakes on a turn, or in the snow, pull the hand brake and hold on.
