Stupid noob question. I'm tired of running my MEVI wires through my doorjam and I want to run them through a grommet in the firewall. I haven't looked at it yet today but in the past I have never found an acceptable place. Anyone know?

there isn't a path unless u make one. but i just went through the round hole in the corner by the master cylinder that has a harness going through and then it goes into the fender well and then it goes in the passanger compartment

The answer lies in the Modification FAQ.

EDIT: oops, regular FAQ

I actually drilled a hole through the firewall. If you look by where your left foot rests in the car (I have an auto) go up from there. You will see a cutout on the rubber part, pull the cutout and you will see metal. This is where I went through to get my power cables to the trunk. There is a matching cutout on the engine bay side, it is that gray material. Do this and get a rubber grommet and you're set.

you ahve to Remove the wheel well liner of the left-front wheel and you will see it.. on the inside you have to pull the carpet down to find it. just trace out where the hood latch goes though and you have it..
