Post your pics of M bumper

I'm thinking about getting the M bumper from redline, but they only have 2 pics of it, and only from weird angles. Show off your bumper at a 3/4 view.
If you can show the whole car so I can get an idea of the the overall.

I have a black max, so black would be even better.

Thanks
D

Watch out...I heard there were huge fitment issues, so be ready to spend to $$ to have the bodyshop get the fitment right

Yea i hear the same thing. Its a shame cause i actually like that bumper a lot.

Why would someone take the time to make a nice bumper and not make it fit right? I will never understand that.

Yeah, I spoke to them about it, and they said the bumper overlaps the fenders. This is where the fitment is messed up. Aparently there is a gap of about 1/2 inch where it overlaps, and you have to bang out the fender to get it right. Or you can live with it, which probably isn't that bad.
BUT... the thing is made out of fiberglass, which is prone to crack or break easily.

All you guys out there with the skyline front bumper should show your pics too, this would be my second choice. Especially because it comes in urethane.
Only reason I don't like it is beacuse of the two slots above the radiator vent.
Thanks for posting.

if you have some extra cash to spend on having a good body shop correcting the issues with the M bumper, then it would look nice, otherwise it would just look cheap all sticking out and not flush.

Well, the M bumper wont be available for much longer so you might wanna make up your mind wether you want it or not.
Custommaxima is supposed to create one as well, but who knows when that will be.

I think Jason's car was one of the best looking maxima on earth. I personally don't like the skyline bumper (if it's skyline style it's meant to be on a skyline) but if you can fill that HUGE hole with a HUGE intercooler and make it not look dumb, I say go for it.

I'd go for a lip if I was you

Does the M Bumper needs to be trimmed to fit an intercooler like the stock bumper? The trimming I did was reeally ugly and dissatisfying but it works.

It sucks when people have to ruin something good when they cannot have it for themselves.
