It's the **** in the winter, car gets nice and toasty. Clutch needs to be bypassed, do you have a shop in mind who will do the install.

No no no, never leave it in a gear cuz it'll take of. I have an older Viper 550, but the new alarms have a bypass, so if you leave the car in gear it won't start. You can probably get an autostart for around $150 + install. What's my experience with it? All I can say it's the ****, I would recomend it to everyone. Summer/winter, it comes handy through out the whole year.

Nismo do you have manual trans kit or is it for an automatic.Would the manual trans kit keep the car from starting if it's left in gear?I always leave my car in neutral and use the parking brake.

I don't think that there is two different kits, it's all one kit for manual/automatic just a little different wiring. I've tried before to sit in my car on an open road with a car in gear and autostart it. It was some funny ****. Car would start jercking and after some time if would be slowly roaling. But I do/did same thing as you, always leave it in neutral with hand brake and I think that's the way to go.

i have one im my 5-speed. its great like someone said for when its cold and you just leave the heater on to warm up the inside for when you get to the car.

and make sure that if you leave it in gear you dont start it. i know some guy who was at a party and he parked his integra in gear but without the parking brake, and when he was drunk started the car and it ran into a tree.

I have the Omega Max-e in mine. You can program it for manual or automatics. I 's an alarm/remote start combo w/ 2-way transmitter. I paid 150 including shipping.
