Hey Guys Im a Maxima.org Noob.....

I am on like every car forum there is so I figured that I would come here too. I currently own a '94 Supra t61 6 Speed RSP. I will be buying my fathers Maxima off of him to be my daily driver. This car will be completely different whe I get it, however. Right now it is a white '98 GXE spoilerless auto with Tan cloth interior and hubcaps with 180k miles. Once I buy it from him, Im going to do some sim[ple stuff like intake, exhaust, wheels, tint, stereo, white gauges, new transmission, and eventually a new motor too. Just figured I would start gaining more general knowledge about the car. So yeah just wanted to say hi.

I am new here too, I used to have a 99 SS but had to sell it for school, but I picked up a clean 97 Maxima, and I love it... very comfortable for the everday commute too, although I do miss the speed and the thrill of rowing my 6 gears, hehe. But I havta say I do love this car. I just finished changing the brakes and I had to replace the radiator, didin't take me too long, I am saving up now to get some rims for it, Do newer Maxima rims fit on the 97?

No I am keeping the Supra, MAxima will be my daily driver since I travel a lot and such. Just an excuse to play with another car and modify my car even more heavily. I need to get updated pictures of my car up though, looks much nicer now imho.

Nice to know that enthusiasts are taking interest in the maxima more and more.

Welcome to the org. Make sure that you read the STICKY on top of each of the forums to avoid flaming by other members. Good luck and have fun with the max.

Not to mention I can have a nicer daily driver so i dont have to worry about putting the supra down for a while to do stuff to it (hint hint). I need a fuel system on the sup right now its stock fuel so its not pushing that much hp
