Rain season

Good day everyone. Just came back from a 'nice' 30+ min. drive on highway while it was raining like mad First went 80MHP but then slowed down to 55 since couldn't see anything and car started to slide a little. I'm not sure I was doing alot of braking, mostly let go of the gas. But now, when I got back, i saw a smoke coming from under left and right front wheels. It looked like it was coming from the brakes, but when I poped the hood, it was like sauna in there, and also saw some smoke coming from the Window Washers bottle area.

Now I got the car in March and have never driven in such bad rainy conditions, could it be normal or is something wrong? Thank you

I'd say pretty normal, hot temps + water = steam.

Its normal, its only steam.

Whats pretty funny is the only time people go the speed limit is when its really pouring rain.

Try living in Seattle. From Oct 1st-May 15th or so, nothing but rain and idiot drivers.

Thankfully the super awesome summers (75 and sunny every day) make it worth it.

the rain today was pretty crazy

it's sort of strange the problem you are having, but it does make sense with the steam...
