Transmission Service Deal Question

Just got a coupon in the mail today from one of the tranny specialists just down the street. For $34.97 I would get:
-Road Test
-Band & Linkage Adjustment
-Check for Leaks
-New fluid and clean filter
-Replace pan gasket

(Reg $70.00)

Does this sound like a good deal? And does their "replace pan gasket" terminology basically just sound like dropping the pan and cleaning it out? I am going to call them to see if they will accept my own fluid for the change as well. Thanks.

For full flush it's a great deal. If it's only drain and fill I wouldn't bother with it.

Okay, so apparently they would drop and clean the pan with that deal, so I guess I will buy some Mobil 1 ATF and have them use it for the flush.

Its a drop the pan change gasket, probably don't bother cleaning it up- kinda deal. And as far as them putting your own ATF in.... I would like to watch them do it. Since Maximas have a bolt on the bottom of the tranny pan, I seen some shops "service" the tranny by just draining the tranny from there. Then filling up the tranny via dip stick hole. I would just flush the tranny, chances are the "new" tranny gasket they will install is going to leak.
