Pathfinder Throttle Body?
Not the older one 4th gens are using, since ours has the IAV(Idle Air Valve) built in.
I've wondered if the 2001 VQ35 Pathfinder TB would work or one from another Nissan vehicle. It's worth a look, but the IAV is the catch. It has to have something similar for the ECU to work.
Are you Fed or Cali spec?

eGas makes sense....it's a simple solution to the On/Off throttle sensitivity problem us VQ30s have. Instead of a direct connection to the throttle-plate they can't control via enough bypass air, they can program in whatever change rate/delay they want to "smooth" out throttle transitions so it's not so jerky.
