DO you have to add the blue wire witht the Red with green and silver spot. I can see if he put them together or what. Picture 6 - 7 - 8 - specially # 9-10

The wire that you cut (yellow with two horizontal silver lines) take the end that runs from the relay and splice it into the red with green stripe and silver spots wire. Make sure to tape off the other end of the yellow with two horizontal silver lines. The end that runs down to the bottom of the fuse box.
