i got my y-pipe installed and custom 2 1/2 piping bpipe installed w/o resonator. it sounds so nasty. im gettin muffler put on soon as i get the money. my resonator was beat up so bad and stock muffler is rusted and sounds like crap when you hit the gas. i can feel pull after 3500rpm.

 

If the new muffler doesn't fix it get a resonator put in.

 

good going on the new mods ! yeah i agree toss on two resonators to quiet things down !

 

its not loud at all. its like it wants to fart but it dont. when i told my friend to press pedal to the metal it sounds like my muffler is making messed up noise like its tore up.

 

If your muffler is rusted out, you can expect the sound to be adversely effected. Y-pipe without resonator + rusted muffler = crappy sound. It's time for you to get a new muffler and resonator. That should improve the overall sound quality.

got a resonator put on and magnaflow muffler put on and its still sounds lil wack i think i need one more resonator

Yeah mine sounds a lil gay too i dunno what is wrong with it. CeasersChariot has a sick exhaust setup on his max. I dunno what it is tho, does anyone?

y-pipe they charge me 30 bucks

 

no ima get the resonator and new flex section from online then ima go there and get it installed.
