to test what you do is you leave your windows open and you hit lock on the remote approxx 2 min latter you open the door from the inside. If the alarm gose off.. well you get the point. Make sure you wait 2 min after you lock it so that the alarm can initiate.. Hope that helps.

Press the panic button. It's the button on the bottom left of the key fob. You will have to hold it down to sound. And to turn it off hit unlock.

you would only need to wait about 30 seconds. when you press lock, you'll see your security light glow a solid red. after about 30 seconds, it'll start to blink. once it starts to blink, your alarm is now activated.

I dunno if that year you can turn the horn option on/off with the remote. so that if you lock it it honks.

if it does. hold the lock button with the unlock button for 3 sec. on the remote.

wow, this had got to be teh biggest joke thread ever. lock your car with teh windows open, once locked, stick your arm in an unlock it, open door. if the car makes a loud noice, you got an alarm.

Leave your car as stock as possible and you won't have a problem. When you start to mod and bling it all up you have a greater chance of it being broken into.
