Need to clean the throttle body?

Need to clean the throttle body?
96maxima 5 speed. When engine is warm, idle speed is around 500rpm, in first gear loose clutch slowly the engine speed drops to around 300rpm. It that means I need to clean the throttle body?

if your release the clutch without giving any throttle that is what will happen. Cleaning the TB is useless 99% of the time
