Replacing Thermostat

Any help would be appreciated. Does anyone know the steps/process on how to replace a thermostat on a 1990 Maxima GXE? Thanks.

very very short version...(since it's friday i'll write it)
drain coolant
remove upper radiator hose (for clearance)
remove short elbow radiator hose
unbolt water neck/inlet (4 bolts i think)
pull t-stat out
clean off gasket material
position new t-stat making sure giggle valve is up
set t-stat on engine or water neck..hold it with a dab of RTV (gasket maker)
slap a bead of RTV on the mating surface..(follow instructions on package)
bolt on the water neck....then slap everything back on and fill coolant.
