Alternating Blinking Corner Lights
After visiting a Max site today, I started think. Hmmmm..., how about if the two front corner & signal lights stayed on whenever the car was running. And hmmmm...., what if the lights would alternate when the turn signal was on. Meaning that a left turn signal would alternate between the corner and the signal lights on the left side. Is this possible? Am I going too far?

Hey Brockster take a look website http://www.bol.ucla.edu/~cchiu1/home.html
The have a how 2 section. I have done it. When my lights are off my blinkers and the corner light turn on at the same time. When my lights are on, the blinker and the corner light alternate.

ok, once you take out both lense. you will see 2 wires connected to each bulb socket. (1)cut the black wire in half from the side marker. (2) splice(connect) a new wire from the green wire from the blinker and connect that to the cut black wire to the side marker light. thats it, re install the lense and repeate other side.
just look here it couldnt get any simpler:

I feel kind of dumb but.... do I have to cut the green wire from the blinker to connect it to the on coming from the side marker?
Thanks

Fogs come on with park lights or high beams
http://web2.airmail.net/scutchen/max...ht.htm#lowfog4
No, no new bulb needed.
Front markers (down on the bumper, on the sides)blink
http://www.geocities.com/amixam69/nissan/markerblink/
No new bulbs here.
Make front blinkers (bumper, on the front) stay on
http://csc.smsu.edu/~jack/max/blinkermod.html
Yes, this requires new bulbs, like it says on the webpage. They are 1157s. Required since you are converting a single element bulb and socket to a dual element bulb and socket.

For the sidemarker mod, no, no new bulb needed. See, you are taking your old ground wire for it and running it to the HOT wire for the front turn signals. So when the front signal light is ON, your side marker goes OUT (see you have 12V on the positive side and 12V on the negative side, thats why)
The blinking is all done via the 'new ground' you make when you move it.

ooooohhhhh, i am stupid
that was the problem, the sidemarker and the corner lamp are different. So the blinker and the sidemarker are right next to eachother huh.... ok, well is there anyway to get the blinker AND the cornerlamp to flash?

So we all know what light we're talking about.
Make the corners blink too? Hmmm, not tried that. I'd be careful, the bright side of the corner is like 27W, you add the 27 of the front light and you have double the current, then w/o any new heavier harness, you'll have blown fuses.
There's no fast/simple/cheap way to light the corners too that I can see.
