I think I'm going to drive my crap box for awhile.

This is insane! The 94 Petro-Canada is at $1.05c/L for the Max.

Hey RACEFACE, it's pretty much the same in Qc, the gaz monarc, are really sucking every penny they can get from us, but I got news for these guys, sometimes in this century fresh water will worth much more than gaz and you know what in Canada we have 3/4 of the planet fresh water and soon a gallon of water will worth more than a gallon of gas, let me tell you that some day they will pay big buck for abusing people in north america.

In Chicago, I have everyone beat. I just saw the following:

Shell (127th & I-57)
Regular: $1.99
Plus: $2.09
Premium: $2.19


I am making my runs across the border to IN where the gas is at least .20/gallon cheaper.

 

I didn't know it was gettin that bad already.. i'm payin about $1.79 for Shell Premium here on long island

 

It has been bad over here for quite a few years.

I wish Audi would import their A2 TDI car in the US, a perfect small commuter car. It does almost 85mpg on diesel.

 

That's $3.975 per gallon!!!!! I think I'd rather walk or bike to work than pay for gas prices that high!

1.89 and 1.79 a gallon premium in Cincy. I have been riding my other love, Honda VFR. 40 miles to the gallon and roast Accords, Camrys, and all of that. 0 - 60 2.8 seconds. Hold on!!!!

I filled up yesterday @ 88.9 since I use premium ... that sux!

and I thought $1.80 for premium was a rip off.

 

the exchange rate ... $1 USD is about $1.60 CDN ... so .. it was pretty comparable until today ....

 

Here in the West-Coast, we long for the days of "super cheap" gas like that! $1.89/gallon for premium is a dream price for us now! We're at $2.15 or more per gallon...and counting!

 

It's about $1.75 for premium in south Florida

 

I was watching the news before the stock market opened and they say that it could get as high as $3+ a gallon Currently in Moreno Valley California it's slighty below $2 a gallon and here in Riverside were just a few cents cheaper. I can remember in the summer of 98 when gas was as low as .87 for 87 octane. I wonder what happen since then...

 

Hey Y2KevSE, the price per gallon would come to about 3.96$ CDN per us gallon or 2.60$US a us gallon for the extra and for the super 4.05$ CDN for a us gallon or 2.70$US per us gallon.

I spend about 1.80 per gallon of premium up here... its cheaper than milk isn't it?

 

it's getting higher up here... and will get worse... summer here is always soo insane.. everyone comes to Maine in the summer. We're already at $1.75 for premium.. I'm sure we'll hit $2+ during the summer.
