problem with the brakes. =T jersey winter ahead

So i have a bit of a rubbing noise issue. Rubbing/Vibration only occurs as car is coming to complete stop. It is very loud and is definitely from the driver side front I had all 4 rotors and pads replaced a couple weeks back. had a defective rotor in driver side front, had exchanged for another rotor. [is my luck that bad that i got two crapped rotors?] Vibration is felt through pedal and steering wheel. I have brembo blanks and pbr pads and flushed.

one weird note is. when I had the flush done, person forgot to recap the brake fluid resorvoir. i drove around unknowingly for 3-4 weeks. the rubbing noise appeared a day after I put the cap back on. What's that about??

I'd check your caliper pins to ensure that they're sliding freely. The wrong amount of grease can cause them to lock up and drag, reducing your gas mileage and prematurely wearing down the pads.
