Hey
I own a 95 se 5-speed. This morning I went to start my car, and the clutch pedal felt weird. It pretty much sank to the floor board. It does not sring back anymore, and when I press the pedall all the way I cannot change gears. Do yall think I'll need to replace my clutch? or is it something related to the master cylinder thing? I hadn't been feeling any kind of troubles with my clutch or transmission, it took me completely by surprise.
Any suggestions?

There should be a reservoir to the right of the brake master cylinder. The is for the clutch. Based on your description, it should be low or empty. Check around that area and see if there is any signs of a leak. If there is, the clutch master cylinder is leaking. If not, check the slave cylinder. It is on top of the transmission and in front of the starter. Also the hose could be a possibility. Add brake fluid to the clutch master cylinder to get the pedal back. You may need to bleed the air out for it to be normal again. The bleeder valve is on the slave cylinder. Good luck.

It is likely that you have a problem with your hydraulic clutch actuator, and not the clutch itself. The clutch actuator is similar to the hydraulic brakes. There is a master cylinder mounted to the engine compartment firewall, a slave cylinder mounted near the clutch lever, and a fluid line which connects the two.

I suggest you determine where your leak is. Replenish the clutch master cylinder reservoir with brake fluid. Have an assistant sit behind the wheel and pump the clutch pedal repeatedly. The engine does not have to be running for this test. You look under the hood and under the car, searching for the leak. I'll bet it is in the slave cylinder. If you like to do your own "wrenching" you may rebuild the slave. PartsAmerica.com lists a rebuild kit, Raybestos CSK1038, for $5.49 plus shipping. Figure another $2 for some brake fluid, and you can get your car back on the road for $10 plus your time.

Thanks... I actually took the car to the dealership. The problem was with the slave cylinder, and a faulty hose. So they will go ahead and fix it... not for $10.00 though

I wish I had the expertise to do work like that on the car myself.
By the way, do you know where I can buy an "engine coolant temperature sensor" ?

Thanks for all the help

This item should be available at any auto parts store. AutoZone.Com lists Wells #SU4072 for $36. That information is given as a price reference. Shop around and you might do better.
