It was just proven that the stock intake is better than an intake. So, you might want to stick with stock.

1.) Answer was in the stickies....all new members are encourageto read them THOUROUGHLY.
2.) You can only search if you are a donating member. It is an incentive for members to donate.
3.) In order to use a pop charger, you have to remove your stock airbox. Then you have to Attach the velocity stack, and finally attach the filter. Good Luck and may you fing all your answers in the stickys.

Everything that you need to mount the popcharger on should come in the box. What you would need to do is remove the stock airbox only, unless you decide to purchase a mid-pipe also.

for the most part yes; and if there is a difference it would be +/- 1 or 2hp, nothing that would make a difference anyways. but if you spice up the look of your engine bay and really hear the growl of the vq then go ahead and buy an ebay intake. otherwise, if you dont care about a look or sound mod and strictly buy for performance then keep it stock and save your money for a ypipe.

If your talking about zack342's dyno then both those runs were done with a JWT PC. The stock midpipe did better than the frankencar, but niether run had a panel filter.
