i think they have a how-to for the "bulg" mesh grill. and the mesh would cost you $10 tops.

Here's the how-to link to VQPower:

Wow, that's my design all right. Too bad I didn't patent it!

Asking $100 for such a thing is ridiculous. I just checked the Stillen website but I don't see this particular part number.

CustomEnterprise is asking $29 for their grill mesh but you're better off going to Home Depot/Canadian Tire, etc and pick up some gutter guard.

The mesh material looks different from the home-made ones. SS's mesh is a honey comb shapped design, the home-made mesh looks too much like a gutter mesh. Plus the finish on both are different. The homemade ones needed to be secured with zip ties to keep its shape that way, the SS ones are shapped that way and snaps into place. Not sure how it secures from the back though. Still, I won't pay $100 for the SS. Blackcat, you can still patent your idea because there are still differences between yours and SS. Anyone can copy a patented idea by changing it a bit and call it your own and patent it.

I found SS's site and they have the mesh for the 4th Gens. No pic unfortunately. Heck, I'd like to get my hands on generic mesh like that and make it myself!
