SE-Limited diference

I've got a 99 SE-Limited but I never figured out why it was different that a regular SE. Other than the badge and the extra $ that is. Can anyone shed some light?

SE-L also had the "SE Limited" logo on the floor mats & the seats as well too, gaugewise, the SE-L has a titanuim tint compared to the white gauges. The leather is also perforated. Other than that the differences are merely cosmetic

Hi, I have an 99 SE Limited and I used to sell them also. I believe that the LTDs are supposed to have titanium colored gauges, wheels and the LTD badge on the front doors.
Hope this helped, although my white SE LTD has the plain white gauges and the ususal silver wheels??

this has been discussed and discussed.Yes SE-L's do have titanium tinted gauges and wheels. There is no real diffrence. Every Maxima from GXE-GLE is about the same.

I have a 99SE LTD and I don't have titanium tinted gauges, wheels or different seats or floormats!!!!!! WTF??? Before I bought the car, some dweeb must have just slapped SE LIMITED badges on the doors.

Right, not abig deal. I sold Nissans for 10 years up through 1999. When I first looked at the car and saw the SEL badges, I knew that it wasn't because of the lack of the fore mentioned characteristics, but this being 2005, I don't sell cars anymore and haven't since 99, wondered if there were different variations of the SEL, I guess not. End of story and probably this thread.
