i have still have yet to see a 97-99 greddy sp2....i know they make one for 95-96...will that one fit my 98 without anything modifying?

any ad/disadvantages?

 

hear they fit fine, plus that extra o2 hole in the back works good for the 97+ cause the 02 is really there.

 

sorry for whoring your thread, but has anyone heard the sp2 and can compare to the first one?

 

I installed a 95 sp2 on my 97 last month. It fits pretty well. That extra o2 bung after the cat is situated pretty well for use, however, my bosch o2 did not fit. The threads of the sp2 were too small, but I kinda got it in there. Now I just need to find the time to fix it properly.

i have the SP on mine and a friend has the SP2. the difference is minimal and kind of hard to explain. the SP2 is slightly louder and has a different tone, but still sounds great. if you are an SP owner and thinking of upgrading the an SP2 there is really no point except for that the SP2 is SS and has a nicer tip. ill probobly never go to an SP2, i see no point.
