HID ballasts and bulbs from BMW

Hi all, I have 2 Hella ballast and 2 Philips bulbs from smashed BMW, so I wose wondaring If I can use that on my 01 SE ??? or do I need something else ???

Those are most likely D2S bulbs and will blind everyone on the road.
