changed plugs, use to jerk a bit during stops, tested ignition coils, although aware that even though it test positive, the coils may misfire still. need to know if this is a fuel managment problem, as in fuel filter or even spark plug wires. Codes came up as p1320 and p0300 cannot find these codes in the other thread.

PS autozone gives a free obdII reading upon request, if people did not know.

 

P1320 --- 0201 - Ignition Signal Circuit
P0300 --- 0701 - Multiple Cylinder Misfire detected

Check your spark plugs make sure they're torqued to spec (14-22 lb/ft). Check your coil packs again , the haynes manual shows to do it assuming the people at haynes are know it all's. If you have a '99 its time to start buying new coil packs from what I read.

 

My car does the same thing. I also got the code 0201. Thats the only code I got. Could it be that its spark plugs or its ignition coil for sure??

 

my 96 se....has some MAJOR acceleration problems, I will have it floored and I'll sit there doing 40....5 seconds later...45
