lcd+ps2 installation
lcd+ps2 installation
I recently got the clarion vrx610 in-dash lcd and want to put it in place of the old radio (96 max bose). Instead of buying an indash dvd I decided on a PS2 under the driver's seat. My only problem is......... I have no idea how to do it.
At a store they told me it would cost $140 for installation only, and I also need a new harness and a power inverter.
Which power inverter was he talking about, how many watts?
Also, is there any websites with pics on how to do this mod?
Thanks,
Tom

Do you know how it install the radio or do you just need help with the PS2? Cause the radio is more detailed information, but the PS2 is farily easy to install. Make sure you purchase the PAC adapter to convert from the Bose or you'll wind up burning out the radio.
Crutchfield has a kit kinda expensive 50.00. I know I've seen it for 40.00 made by PAC. But here's the link

If you purchase the adapter from crutchfield it will come with detailed instruction on how to install radio and setup the speakers. As far as the PS2, Thats pretty simple your gonna need a 110V adapter and run the audio & video cable from the PS2 to the rear of the radio and hook it up to video & audio input on the head unit
