My new exhaust setup w/ problems

Ok, so today i went out and got a SMALLER resonator, and custom 2.5 inch piping all the way back from the cat, then I have an APEX'i N1 muffler shoved on the end of it...it actually sounds FAIRLY nice. I like it so far, I think im going louder...I have turned into a ricer I know but at least with some of that sound I have an engine to show I can actually do sumtin also. Well, this cat back is CUSTOM, thing is, he made one of the bends TO high so now when I hit a bump it hits the wheel well *thats my best guess of what its hitting*...and HERE IS THE MAIN PROBLEM!!! My idle has now dropped down to 500-700 RPM...what do I do, how can I get this back up...btw for all the exhaust mods today i was only $140. and the guy said if I wanted my car louder, just bring it back to him, and he will take the resonator off for free, and he will also fix the bumping problem.
