How to repair rips/gashes in door panels?

Hello, I got some rips or gashes in my door panels. How could I repair them? Is there a special glue I can use to fill the rips? What have you guys done? My dad closed the front passenger door on the metal seatbelt clip and it pierced the door panel. Thanks...

Yup!!!! Go to lappens or autozone.. Around the paint section is a dashboard/paneling filler.. Takes away any kinds of gashes, scratches, marks etc... Works good. Just let it dry for a good amount of time and your set. Cant think of the name right off hand, but they're all pretty much the same. Ive hand good expierences with every bottle I picked up.. Used about 3 when i got the car.. So happy hunting!
