The cost to repair the Ignition Coils is estimated at $471.61 for parts and $65.00 for labor. The cost to clean the EGR Vlve Passages is estimated at $40.00 for parts and $195.00 for labor. All prices are estimates based on $65 per flat rate hour and do not include diagnostic time or any applicable sales tax.

yeah it happens . those prices are a bit inflated though

 

id say just the coils, the egr stuff is basically all years and its not that common

 

no problems here

 

my EGR is bad.... stoopid car haha

 

if you do the work yourself, and buy parts online, cuts down quite a bit on those costs IF you actually need to do any of that work.

 

EGR's get clogged to hell so if you have a lot of miles on the car, it's a good idea to clean it if you can.
