did you check the clutch fluid? if theres a problem with the hydrolic system, the pedal will stick. i dont know about a pressure plate causing it, ive never heard that before...

Yea I'd check you fluids sounds like your low and have a leak somewhere.

What mods do you have depending on what you have that can help determine what type of clutch to get depending on the amount of power your putting down.

First check your slave cylinder. Theyre about 20 bucks I'd change it anyway. It is the most likely culprit. If that doesnt work, then check the clutch master cylinder.

You cant really check it. I'd just change that too. You have a hydraulic problem somewhere.

My money is on the slave cylinder because theyre wimpy in maximas.

Same thing happened to me a couple months back. I changed the slave cyl and the clutch line and bingo. problem solved for $50. I recommend you get the stainless steel clutch line if you are going to replace it. there's a GD for one right now, only $25.. which is $2 more than i paid for an OE line.

check the clutch line for a leak, they tend to leak, mine did the same thing, i had to refill the cylinder and re-bleed the system. www.motorvate.ca has the problem documented
