Annoying Noise!! Plllease Help

i've done a search it seems i'm the first maxima owner to hear this on their car... (and please none of this "turn your radio up" crap. it's just not helpful friends)

so when i turn the radio off ... ASIDE from the crazy wind noise from the rear windows and sunroof... TWO THINGS BUG THE CRAP OUTTA ME...

1. at slower speeds... i have K&N RE0810, attached to my stock tubing with a MAF adaptor plate. Currently it is stabilized (or rather... held up) by a couple zip ties attached to my FSTB. (best i could think of at the time. for those with pop chargers and/or maf adaptor plates + universal k&n cone.... how do you stabilize to minimize the rattling??

2. at higher speeds... my driver side door panel speaker gives off this low static noise. sounds similar to interference. It tends to get louder and more rapid as my speed decreases.. and when i slow down... so does the static. i'm a dunce when it comes to electrical equip... do i need to ground some wires or what not? Also, ALL my speakers in general have a hum even when the Bose radio is off. i'm a musician so i know how to handle stage PA equipment when it comes to hums and "noise". but car audio??

note: all audio equipment is oem/bose
