about to buy this whole set... any info?

Iam about to buy this:

http://www.customenterprise.com/view.../vts/design004

since i got under my car for the first time and Y-pipe is broken and you heard a clank-clank on every little bump.

Any info on the easyness to install this whole set (DYI) ?
are the gainings the same than other y-pipes?

Thanks for the feedback,

I wanted to ask the ORG first before i shred $350

There are numerous threads about y-pipes, even in the stickies. Plus, why would you pay $350 when you can them them for under $200 from Warpspeed and Budget?

the 350 is for the set. I went to budgetexhaust.com and couldn't place an order. Is LSS same as Budget?

Is your factory Y pipe broken? Or an aftermarket. You might just need a flex pipe. A muffler shop can weld on a generic flex pipe for about 50 bucks.

If you have the factory Y pipe then the aftermarket might make sense.

Is the factory. And i was looking at the whole set (y-pipe - high flow cat - hardware kit for both). I don't know what to do.

If you have the cash it seems like a good combo. Before you order just make sure that they have holes drilled out for your 02 sensors.

As for the install, the hardest part will be removing all your old stuff. If you dont have access to a torch you might need to get one of those air powered cutting tools.

If you're getting a Y pipe and a cat, maybe it would be wise to go ahead and do the rest of the exhaust too. It will save you some headache if you cant get the cat bolts apart which always happens. You'll just take off the front pipe nuts from the headers and take the entire exhaust out as one unit.

Its a shame I look around and no one seem to have any experience with this just released new y-pipe from custommaxima nor the whole set.
