trouble starting after oil change

I have an 03 maxima. I last two times I have had the oil changed the engine didn't want to start on the initial start up. The engine starts fine after that. I was wondering if there was a sensor that detects the low oil pressure or if there is some other problem?

could it be the starter? it shouldn't have trouble. hmm...

the only time mine semed like that (on a diff't car) was when i did spark plugs.after 1st -2nd, it would be normal.
