How are your clutches holding up?

The supplied TO bearing that came with mine broke about a week ago. The tabs on it that contact the fork totally broke off and left me stranded at school on a main campus road during a very busy time of the day.

I bought a new OEM TO bearing for it.

While I was doing all this work I figured I'd replace my crank seal so I took my clutch off so I could keep the flywheel stationary to be able to remove my UDP.

Two of the four springs on my clutch disk are pretty loose. I've been told that's semi-normal but this clutch isnt even 2 years old, and if I put it back on it's just going to get worse and I fear one will totally fall out and wreak havoc (which is what happened to the Centerforce clutch that was in my car when I got it - and it ruined my flywheel).

Has anybody else who got their Exedy's in that group deal had any similar problems? This is very frustrating. I really dont have the money to be replacing this clutch, but I fear if I put it back on it'll pull a Centerforce on me within a few months..

nothing but happy with mine. Feels the same as day one.

I might be swapping trannys in a few weeks, so I'll check then, but otherwise mine came with the NTN bearing and has been working great .

Mines doing great, but I also had my TOB go on me.. Luckily it blew while I was parking in my garage. Got a OEM Nissan TOB and havent had any issues since then. Great Clutch!

I wonder why mine didnt come with NTN...

I wonder how many people got NTN TO bearings and how many got the crap one that I got (and why the discrepency)..

Not only did the tabs break but the unit itself is about crapped out, it has a buttload of play in it..
