it looks like horrible orange peel, did you use factory touch up? spray or brush? you maybe shoulve wet sanded 1500 grit or finer before you applied the clear and your defenatelly not going to be able to blend it in very well. i would get ahold of some langka ( langka.com) and hopefully that will take it all off and you can start over again just filling in the scratches not the surrounding area, if and when you remove the touch up you applied you will probably need some good rubbing compound and probably 2 grades of polish to get it looking like it did before you started. someone elswe will have to chime in here with more experience.

Looks like you applied the clear coat wrong. Typically its not a good idea to use clear coat in big areas like that, cause its very difficult to blend it. Touch-up paint sands much easier so its easy to blend it into the current layer of paint. Do some wetsanding and try buffing that out with some Rubbing compound, followed by some Machine glaze. Start there.

EDIT: From what I see in the pictures, it looks like you masked off that area, and sprayed on the base coat and clear coat. Wasn't a good Idea obviously, its not gonna be easy to sand that down evenly since it will have some tall ridges on the edge where you masked. Wetsanding really might be you're only option. Langka wouldnt hurt to try, so i'd be the second to reccomend that.

Only way to blend it is with wetsanding.

To take it off, Langka might work, but im not too sure about the product.

You'll want to do the following. Start off with 1200, and work your way upto 1500, then finish with 2000. It will make the compounding part much easier.

as for updated pics..i will take some in a few days..it looks a lot better but still pretty bad..i wouldn't recommend anyone to use touch-up spray paint and clear coat enamel on large areas..it wont match

You are going to have to do that and then find someone to buff it out with a rotary.
