A grounding kit will work wonders for this...

a silicone spray that costs $4 a can, just spray it well in the right places, that'll fix it

here is how you fix the problem

blue and red line - wipe with wet washcloth to get all the dirt out. make sure to get inside the channel
red line - silicon spray to lubricate the channel

Soonerfans advise helped me....
But you will come across the problem later down the road once the lube
starts to wear off.

well there is no way to completely eliminate the problem. the channel gets dirt in it and dries out

NO..you will get streaky windows from the silicon.
the main resistance comes from the channel window is in, so you need to lubricate that. the sound is from the horizontal rubber piece being dirty

I had the same problem, driver side front window was soo squeaky and slow going up and down. I cleaned out the channels that Soonerfan pointed out and sprayed some silicone lube in the red channel. There is one additional horizontal channel where ALL my noise was coming from. Its the front part of the window channel, right on the inside of the outside mirror, I sprayed that and voila my squeak was gone. Window rolls up and down nice and quiet and much faster too. I figured if I left it that way, I would have toasted the window motor.....it was that bad.
