Wire length for big 3

The dimming lights are boring now so I want to upgrade the big 3 and I'm wondering what's the length of wire you guys/gals used.

Approx 9ft. I used 0/1gauge. Bought 10 ft just to be safe. Had a hair over a foot left.

Just a suggestion, but you can get some excellent wire from knukonceptz.com
