AC Compressor not engaging

Hi guys.. my AC worked few days ago.. and now when i turn on the switch, it does not engage with the Compressor. The Shop took a power tester and connected straight to the battery, then it turns on. I thought it was a fuse or Manual Climate Control Unit, so i took apart the MCC and resoldered everything, but still the same story. Can anyone help me out? thanks

i also filled up Freon, which was about 1.8 lbs.. and the compressor still did not turn on. I resoldered all the parts in MCC again today, but no difference. Does the Thick Blue wire which controls the air duct or (the thick flap all the way on the left side of MCC) have anything to do with AC not engaging? because two wires that connects to that board was cut off. Please help me out.. and the RAD FAN relays need to be checked up? where do you get the parts if they are bad? thanks alot guys

Just a sidenote: If I understand right [the greenpee] globAll WarMup
freon -hoax laws have made that stuff Illegal. Those behind this shceme, are now gouging the price of the replacement stuff, which quite probably is more dangerous toxic. Take a look: http://www.junkscience.com/
