I think my maxima hates me

I just get done today repairing the driver's side rear window regulator and I'm rolling up all of the windows to finish up and I hear snap...and the passenger's side front window starts to sag. Knowing exactly what happened, I use the screw that was holding up the Driver's side rear and put it in the front. Time to order another one. GRRRR.

ya, wouldnt be fun for you to order another one, then the others break, either check them, or just get new ones

I knew it was bound to happen but talk about crappy timing. lol. It was the only one that hasn't been replaced too. I guess it was dying for some attention too.

That doesn't seem too bad, at least repairing them is fresh in your memory.

One of my rear ones did the "snap and drop" in between runs at the drag races last year. Luckily, I had some tape in my tool box and taped it up for the last run and the 100 mile drive home.

What exactly did you break?

I drive mine hard all of the time and haven't had anything major break (yet). Some stuff goes wrong (like my idle problem, VTCs and window regulators) but those type of things will go wrong if you drive it hard or not.

Lots of guys here have 150k + miles and still drag race their cars. I guess the trannies have some problems. Autos are notorious for failing and the manuals aren't a lot better.
