I have a 10" sub and an amp for it that i want to install...what do i need to do to install this...do i need to take the stock radio out?...i have the stock bose system...so do i come off of that amp or what?...i guess i will need power to the amp from the batt?..im not too knowledgeable about this stuff...any help is appreciated

You'll need to get a wiring kit. They can be found at most places. Ebay, wal-mart, car audio store. Check out the link and stickies. If things don't make sense still, we'll help you from there.
