Whats the deal w/ RedLineMax.com
Correct me if i'm wrong,but isnt this a reputable place to shop? I bought clear side markers on MAY 17!!!!! and havent gotten anything. Perhaps someone will see this and finally return an email to me or let me know why it takes almost a month and a half to get an order. I only heard good things about the site. Should i be concerned, or just pissed like i am already
This should be in the Vendor feedback forum.... I'm assuming you've called, sent PMs, emails, etc.... ?
Corey aka REDMAX is the moderator of the DC forums and many people have gotten stuff from redlinemax.com with no hitch, sounds like there has been some sort of miscommunication or mistake.

If this Is who I think it is I personally have spoken with you to let you know that they were out of stock when youordered them. I also said our vendor was supposed to have them within 2 weeks to send them out to you, However the vendor has been slow. I have also spoke with one of the other large vendors on the forum so we could get them to you faster, and they don't have them either yet I have offereds you a refund on more than 1 occasion. Please call me at Redlinemax.com and I will refund you.

No, you called me 1 time,about two days after i ordered them. I said dont refund me only after you told me it will take a week and a half MAX to get your shipment. Since i didnt mind waiting and would have to get some cheap knockoffs from someone else anyway,i figured i wait the two weeks. Just like anyone else would, i had some concerns going into week 5.
I got your email today that you've mailed my order, and i'll buy from you again....my whole problem couldve been easily solved by letting me know two weeks ago what you just posted above.

i ordered my side skirts from redlinemax, and he didnt have them instock, i received numerous emails and phone calls from corey telling me that they were being made from sarona, he had great customer service and kept me at ease
To clear things up, i wouldnt hesitate to order from him again for a small or large order. I did know the items were out of stock, and he called to alert me of this. I had to post this thread knowing it would be seen and responded to,since i couldnt get in touch wit him via email, regarding the status of his shipment. Apparently he never got his shipment from the vendor, but ive been in the dark for 2-3 weeks,and just needed an update.

Whenever I buy something online thats a really good deal I almost expect that it might be longer before I get the item...you save money but have to be patient. I'm sure they are not trying to **** a customer off on purpose.
