Swapping in new motor and LSD AE trans, have I covered all the bases?

Hey guys new motor and AE LSD trans are going in the car this weekend assuming I can get everything to me by friday. I want to make sure I've got all the bases covered. So I'm not missing something at 8pm on Sunday night.

Here's what I've got:

95 Max motor w/ 95k miles
2001 AE LSD trans
2001 AE LSD driver's side axle
Redline MT-90 trans fluid
Amsoil engine oil
5spd motor mounts with ES inserts already pressed in

Also I am told that I may have a speedometer problem with the AE LSD trans. The 4th gen speed sensor I guess uses a ring gear type thing on the differential, I'm told this is different than how the 5th gen gets its speed readings. Does anyone have any knowledge of this?

Any other parts (large or small) that people can think of that I need? New axle seals are required every time you pull out an axle right? I will use a 2001 axle seal for the drivers side since its a 2001 axle and a 2001 tranny, but what about the passenger side? I assume they are the same seal, since the 96 axle works in the 2001 trans?

Anything else people can think of would be great, or any tips would be great too.

is the trans from brian? I'm not familiar with 5 sp, but you already had a manual, correct? that should make the list smaller. Do you need the passenger axle too?

Nothing is needed here to make the speedometer work the same as it was....they are the same

How come you didnt look into swapping in a 01' DEK engine as well ??
