driver-side and passenger side windows never stay clean?!

whenever i clean the interior front windows they are spotless until i roll them down. when i roll them back up, i have small streaks on them. how can i clean the inside of the window track without taking it apart? or am i screwed?

Small streaks of what? What would cleaning the track do? The glass is on the track and it never changes it's position in relation to the track. It's the water or whatever you use that is causing the streaks when it runs down into the doors.

after you wash the car, don't roll windows down for a while, until evrything dries.
